Precision Skills is a professional learning platform built by a civil professional, for civil, structural engineers & construction professionals. We exist to bridge the long‑standing gap between academic knowledge and real‑world engineering practice—with a strong focus on software proficiency, code‑compliant design, cost‑efficient engineering, and the intelligent use of AI in construction.
The platform is founded and led by Gaurav Gulhane, a civil and structural engineering professional with a strong background in construction project management, structural design, and cost optimisation, and hands‑on experience working on large infrastructure and building projects.
Precision Skills is part of a larger long‑term vision under the Precision Group, an umbrella ecosystem aimed at creating high‑impact companies across engineering, education, real estate, AI, and infrastructure.

Gaurav holds a degree in Construction Project Management from Heriot‑Watt University (UK – Dubai Campus) and is currently associated with one of India’s leading infrastructure organisations. His professional journey spans:
